Welcome to the 5th Quarter's Hoop Therapy! Each session is designed to strengthen one core life skill through the game of basketball:
Mindfulness – Staying present, improving focus, and managing emotions effectively
Distress Tolerance – Coping with frustration, anxiety, and stress in a healthy way
Emotional Regulation – Understanding emotions and learning how to navigate them
Interpersonal Effectiveness – Building confidence in communication and relationships
