The Luton Employability Day is an excellent opportunity for young people, and their parents or carers, to connect with Black professional role models and exhibitor organisations from the public, private, and third sectors. Attendees will explore pathways to success, expand their knowledge, build networks, and gain fresh perspectives on future career possibilities.
Who Should Attend?
- Young people aged 10–24 (under 16 yrs must be accompanied by a responsible adult)
- Parents and carers
- Organisations that support young people and want to showcase a range of career pathways and opportunities (bring your young people along!).

- Interactive Themed Workshops
Gain insights into sectors such as finance, law, tech, creative industries, healthcare, and more, directly from professionals who’ve walked the path.

Learn practical tips and strategies to develop yourself and your network. Hear success stories that empower young people to believe in their potential and take bold steps toward their goals.
