The official Invitation Letters & Registration Forms (#1 main registration form plus #2 supplemental if you’re advertising to our Souvenir Program) are on the way by mail.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
1. Friday, October 25 - Registration at 10 AM to 1 PM, Bowling Socials & Pizza Lunch from 1 to 3 PM and Meet & Greet Party plus Karaoke Night at the Grand Ballroom 5 PM until Midnight. Buffet dinner from 6 to 7:30 PM. Attire: Bambangueños T-Shirt for the whole day.
2. Saturday, October 26 - Filipiniana Night at the Grand Ballroom 5 PM to Midnight. Be prompt and NO seating arrangements.

(b) Induction of New Officers & Directors
(c) Awarding of Bowling Trophies
DJ music with Buffet Dinner from 6 to 7:30 PM only. Attire: Filipiniana Dress for Ladies & Barong for Men
3. Sunday, October 27 - Formal Gala Night at the Grand Ballroom 5 PM to Midnight. Be prompt and NO seating arrangements.
A Night to Remember with families, friends, Kababayan and schoolmates with a lot of Dancing 💃 🕺and fine dining. The Buffet Dinner will be served from 6 to 7:30 PM only. Attire: Evening gown for Ladies and Coat & Tie or Tux for Men. Music by a Live Band.
Early Bird Registration Fee is $180 per person if paid by August 1, 2024. After that date, fee is $230 per person. Fees Payable to our Treasurer “Ruth Victorio Galacgac” by CASHIER CHECK or by ZELLE through her cellphone number 1-(760)-885-1950.
