The Vance Charter Athletic Booster Club invites you for a day of fun and golf, all while supporting the student-athletes of Vance Charter. NEW THIS YEAR: We will have TWO shotgun starts (8 am and 12 pm) IF we field 25 or more teams. We will inform all teams on March 6th, 2026 of their start time. Please indicate your preferred shotgun start when completing the information below. Prizes for overall winners, closest to the pin, long drive, and more!
All contestants will receive 2 admission tickets plus 2 complementary drink tickets to the silent auction and live band following play. Sponsorship Levels:
Gold Sponsorship ($1,700): Includes one team entry fee, mulligan package for all 4 players, signage on 3 holes, signage at the scoreboard, 4 Adidas Vance Charter collared shirts, space for company table at the tournament site.
Silver Sponsorship ($1,250): Includes one team entry fee, mulligan package for all 4 players, signage on 2 holes.
Blue Sponsorship ($700): Includes one team entry fee, signage on 1 hole.
Schedule of Events:
7:30 am: Registration for first shotgun start (IF ENOUGH TEAMS)
8:00 am: First shotgun start (IF ENOUGH TEAMS) 11:00 am: Registration, receive participant bag, boxed lunch 12:00 pm: Shotgun start – Beverage cart available during play.
4:30 pm – 6 pm: Happy Hour in Ballroom
6 pm: Presentation of Awards in Ballroom
6 pm – 8:30 pm: Silent Auction, Live Band, Cash Bar, Hors d'oeuvre
