Join us on Saturday, October 4th 2025 for the 5th Annual - Run for Sobriety!
Whether you have personally struggled with addiction and mental health or your loved ones have, this event is the place to be! We believe everyone has a story to tell! Come and share yours at Run for Sobriety while we strive to make an impact in the local community by raising awareness to substance use and mental health. There is truly something for everyone - donate, volunteer or sign up as a participant and come run or walk!

Where: Noel Booth Elementary School (20202 35 Ave, Langley, BC V3A 0N1)
When: Saturday, October 4th 2025

Event Schedule:
9:40 am: Speeches / Announcements
9:50 am: Warm-up by Brookswood Bootcamp
10:00 am: 10km Race Start!
10:05 am: 5km Race Start!
10:45 am - 12:30 pm: Post-race celebration with a complimentary barbecue provided by South Point Real Estate Team and live music by Drew Storey with draw prizes and awards.

Registration Fees (Minimum donation to CMHA):
July 1 - Aug 31: $35 (T-shirt order deadline is Aug 31)
Sept 1 - Oct 4: $40
Please note there are no refunds and all sales are final.

All registration proceeds will be donated to the Canadian Mental Health Association - British Columbia.
