The 5th Annual Rockport Kite Festival celebrates the art and joy of kite flying in a fun, family-friendly environment. Attendees will marvel at the sky filled with kites of all shapes, sizes, and colors, ranging from intricate artistic creations to giant whimsical characters that dance in the wind. We encourage participation from both seasoned kite flyers and beginners, offering kite-making workshop and flying demonstrations. Giant kite displays provided by the Surfside Flyers Kite Club and the Coastal Bend Flying Circus.. The event will end with the LED Night Kites.
