About this Event
Families today are navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, and emotional exhaustion in ways that many communities have never openly addressed. Too often, these struggles happen silently—behind closed doors, within families, and even inside the church.
The Mentally Mangled Faith & Mental Health Conference was created to change that.
Now in its 5th year, Mentally Mangled continues its mission of bringing together faith leaders, mental health professionals, families, and community members to create honest conversations, practical solutions, and spiritual support for those facing mental health challenges.
This year’s theme is:
“Helping Families Navigate the Journey of Mental Health.”
This conference creates a safe and empowering environment where families can learn together, grow together, and discover the tools they need to support one another through life’s mental and emotional challenges.
Because the truth is simple but powerful:
You are not alone.

Why This Conference Matters:
Mental health affects entire families, not just individuals. When one person struggles, the entire household feels the impact.
Mentally Mangled brings together faith, mental health education, and community support to ensure families do not have to face these challenges alone.
Through honest dialogue and shared learning, we can build stronger families, healthier churches, and more supportive communities.
