To date, we have raised $65,000 for the Matt Bertell Memorial Scholarship fund in the 5 years since his passing. Over that time, we have given out $10,000 to area high school seniors for post HS educational purposes, and have $60,000 retained and invested, earning interest & principal growth, for future scholarship awards. The plan is to have this fund continue to grow, and be able to award scholarships in perpetuity. Thanks to all of you who come to the fundraiser tournaments, and/or donate through the Gofundme each year. We have quite an amazing start to something very special, all in Matt's name. Thanks for helping us do good in Matt's name, and helping us keep Matt's name and our memories of him alive.
