DMV-AIA hosts its 5th Annual Crab Feast as a fundraiser for college bound high school seniors. Tickets are a steal at $100/person.About this Event
The District of Columbia - Maryland - Virginia Athletes in Action, Inc., better known as DMV-AIA or simply DMV, is a 501(c)(3) education-based service organization incorporated to share the abundant wealth of knowledge, skills and experience inherent in its membership with youth in the local metropolitan communities it serves.
Started in April 2013, this organization is the brain-child of 15 local former and current athletes. DMV-AIA’s mission is to reach out to youths and their families, including pre-teens, teens, and young adults (especially athletes) across neighborhoods throughout the DMV, and to introduce and assist them in gaining access to varied educational, economic, mentoring, and social platforms.
DMV-AIA awarded six scholarships to students at DC, Maryland and Virginia high schools. This year scholarships were awarded to male and female college bound seniors who were varsity athletes. This year DMV-AIA selected McKinley Tech (DC), Wakefield (VA) Wise High School (Maryland).

Info: All-you-can-eat crabs, including No. 1 Large & Jumbo seasoned steamed MD Blue Crabs, and more. In addition to the crabs, the buffet items include fried fish, hot dogs, steamed shrimp, fried chicken, crab soup, mac & cheese, corn (on the cob), potato salad, cole slaw, watermelon, desserts, cold beer/soft drinks, & more.
