Get your tickets and tables for the exciting 5th Annual Black Cowboys Parade and Festival set for Sunday July 27, at beautiful and spacious HAGAN PARK in Rancho Cordova. This annual event will feature a concert by the incredible recording star THE KANG OF TRAIL RIDE MUSIC, Southern Soul Legend the one and only JETER JONES. perferforming live for the 2026 Black Cowboys Parade.

Oh yeah ...”Where Dem Fans At?” The Black Cowboys Boots On The Ground Parade is calling for 300 people to walk and pop their fans to the music as the horses, the wagon, marching drill teams and the entire city watches history in the making as we celebrate come of America's true and original pioneers. The Festival kicks off with Tina B And The 916 Soul Line Dancers performing in the grand opening at 12:30 pm so come get your seats together early. There will be a spectacular area for the young people to learn about agriculture like the Black Cowboys did; learn about livestock, goats, horses, and sheep just like the Black Cowboys; and experience demonstrations and fun activities all day. Children can take a ride on the ponies at the Petting Zoo For The Blessed and get souvenir pictures. Bring the family to enjoy the Down Home Blues Music Festival starring the great Les Franklin, T.C. Connor; Uncle Raymond Coats, and the hottest band in America The MDP Band so that you can dance, sing and enjoy a beautiful time in the park with the Black Cowboys. Our Food Court will feature 20 chefs, cooks, caterers and restaurants serving their homegrown recipes from barbecue to alligator! Watch the competition in the BIG BOSS BBQ COOK-OFF as the master of cueing go head to head, bone to bone and rib to rib to see who earns the crown of the 2026 Big Boss Of BBQ. Our Black Cowboys models will hit the stage wearing the gear from the Cowboys days and even the latest styles of what today's cowboy, cowgirl and cowpokes are wearing. This is a day filled with fun, information, the Marketplace, rides, demonstrations, music, celebrities and families. Dress to impress and win prizes from the vendors for Best Dressed Cowboy, Best Dressed Cowgirl and Best Dressed Cowpoke (kids).
