Dans la danse de la vie, être vu est rarement un acte neutre. Il existe une tension constante entre le désir d'être vu et l'envie de se retirer dans l'ombre. Dans cet atelier 5Rythmes, nous plongerons au plus profond de cette polarité, en passant par les façons dont nous nous masquons, les façons dont nous dissimulons notre véritable essence.
Nous portons tellement de masques, créons tellement de façades pour cacher notre véritable identité. Ensemble, nous mettrons en lumière ces personnages que nous incarnons. Nous mettrons en lumière les exigeants de la perfection, les maniaques du contrôle, les poupées aux yeux écarquillés qui aspirent à l'amour et les personnages farouchement indépendants qui disent « je n'ai besoin de personne ».
À travers la danse, nous dévoilerons ce qui se cache derrière ces déguisements. Que cherchons-nous vraiment à dissimuler ? Explorons, révélons, dansons notre vérité.
Arjan Bouw danse les 5Rythmes depuis 1996 et enseigne le niveau Waves de cette pratique depuis 2005 et Heartbeat depuis 2010. Il enseigne Open Floor depuis 2016. Son cœur incarné est la preuve de ces enseignements.
Son humanité terre à terre crée des espaces sûrs dans lesquels la force de vie peut trouver son chemin pour se déplacer à travers et sur la piste de danse. Il enseigne à l'échelle internationale, de formation théâtrale il est maintenant aussi thérapeute. Il revient pour nous offrir son esprit créatif et sauvage, ses inspirations ludiques, tranquillité poétique infusés de toute sa générosité.
Pré requis : 2 sessions de 2h (Vagues)
Ce travail compte moitié niveau HeartBeat et moitié niveau Wave pour la formation 5 Rythmes.
Dans Heartbeat, nous explorons nos émotions en tant qu'énergie, en tant que pouvoir, en tant que partie intégrante de l'être humain. Les vieux sentiments qui ont été enfermés dans nos membres ou enfermés dans notre poitrine commencent à se libérer. Nous nous sentons à l'aise avec les sentiments, sans nous y accrocher ni les repousser.
Guidance en Anglais et en Français.
Compte moitié Heartbeat / moitié Waves pour les prérequis à la formation.

A 5Rhythms dance and ritual theater workshop with healing potential.
In the dance of life, being seen is rarely a neutral act. There's a constant tension between the desire to be seen and the urge to retreat into the shadows. In this 5Rhythms workshop, we'll dive deep into this polarity, moving through the ways in which we mask ourselves, the ways in which we conceal our true essence.
We wear so many masks, create so many facades to hide our true identity. Together, we'll shed light on the characters we embody. We'll highlight the perfectionists, the control freaks, the wide-eyed dolls yearning for love and the fiercely independent characters who say “I don't need anyone”.
Through dance, we reveal what lies behind these disguises. What are we really trying to hide? Let's explore, reveal and dance our truth.
Arjan Bouw has been dancing the 5Rhythms since 1996 and teaching the Waves level of this practice since 2005 and Heartbeat since 2010. He has been teaching Open Floor since 2016. His embodied heart is proof of these teachings.
His down-to-earth humanity creates safe spaces in which the life force can find its way to move through and onto the dance floor. He teaches internationally, having trained as a theatrical performer and now as a therapist. He returns to offer us his wildly creative spirit, playful inspirations and poetic tranquility, infused with all his generosity.
Prerequisites: 2h sessions (Waves)
This work counts as half HeartBeat level and half Wave level for the 5 Rhythms training.
In Heartbeat, we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as an integral part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked up in our limbs or locked up in our chest begin to release. We feel at ease with feelings, without clinging to them or pushing them away.
Guidance in English and French.
Half Heartbeat / half Waves account for training prerequisites.
