Guided by the map of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness, the practice opens a portal into embodied presence and creative expression. There are no steps to follow and no performance to give, only a ritual space to offer the body’s prayer and witness the mystery of being alive as it unfolds, moment by moment, breath by breath.
This practice is an elixir for the body, mind, heart, soul and spirit. People often leave the dance feeling cleansed and resourced, reconnected with bodily wisdom and deeper consciousness. To practice dance this way is to practice loving one's self and returning to our innate wholeness.
5Rhythms® practice is for every body. There's no right or wrong way to move, but your way. If you never had any kind of professional or recreational dance training before, hooray, that's even better! Come with curiosity and a willingness to be surprised by your own magic and mystery.
We begin by going straight into the 1st wave to really arrive and warm up the body, preparing for a deeper dive with the 2nd wave. We close with group reflection and followed by community connection time.

Cancellation Policy
Workshop registrations may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the event. After that they are non-refundable.
About Qibei
Qibei Shen Steiner is a 5Rhythms® teacher, holistic healer, and Marriage and Family Psychotherapist trainee - though boxes like these never quite hold her. She moves between worlds: the clinical and the mystical, the tender and the fierce, the silent knowing of the bones and the unspeakable beauty of Spirit cracking open.
Born from early rupture and shaped by longing, Qibei dedicated her whole life listening, deeply, to what aches, what awakens, and how to nurture authentic connection. 5Rhythms® dance, for her, is prayer, medicine, and creative laboratory. Her work invites people out of numbness and into their own raw aliveness, where the wild heart remembers itself. She believes embodied presence is what transforms mundane life into juicy and magical blessings.
