Receiving Rhythm
Come and dance the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness on this Auspicious Saturday.
Turn your attention to your physical moving body and connect with your dance. You are welcome however you feel.
We create sacred space together so please arrive on time. Arrive at 7.15 to begin on time at 7.30pm. There is no entry after 7.40pm.
Stay for the entire 2 hour session, as this is dance meditation and we go through two waves and a process together. We gather in circle to bring the evening to completion at 9.30pm.
The 5Rhythms is an unvoiced, movement practice with spoken guidance from Mary.

You can self cancel your ticket for any reason up to 24 hours before the dance for a full refund. You can also contact Mary to cancel up to 24 hours before the dance.
Today's dance is called Receiving Rhythm
Opening our awareness, moving away from our inner agenda and the thoughts we use to create that. Simply being, receiving, moving with what is a grounded connection to the earth and each other.
We dance in barefoot freedom. This is a barefoot yoga studio. No footwear is allowed. If your feet need protection please wear grip Pilates socks. Choose clothes you love to wear to dance. Bring water to drink in a refillable water bottle. Entrance is pre-booked only.
5Rhythms is a conscious space, please do not come to the dance if you are intoxicated with alcohol, cannabis or any other substance.
