What is 5Rhythms?
5Rhythms® is a simple, guided movement practice designed to help you reconnect with your body.
There are no steps to learn and no way to do it wrong.
We move through five fundamental rhythms — Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness — each representing an energy we experience in life and in nature. Together, they create a “Wave” that allows the body to release tension, the mind to quiet, and emotions to move.
You don’t need to be a dancer.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to know anything about the practice.
Just come as you are.
In this class, you’ll be gently guided into your own movement — at your own pace — in a safe and welcoming space.
Many people leave feeling grounded, clearer, lighter, and more at home in themselves.
