5Rhythms Movement Lab is a weekly practice of moving with presence, and curiosity.
This practice is not about performance, but about showing up for oneself, allowing what is true to move through us – whether soft or wild, joyful or tender.
“Set the body in motion and the psyche will heal itself,” said Gabrielle Roth, the founder of 5Rhythms – and this is the spirit we bring into every class.
Each class lasts two hours and begins with a guided warm-up wave to arrive in the body, followed by a short introduction, and then a full wave through the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness.
These five landscapes of movement invite us to explore different qualities of being, and together they carry us on a healing journey deeper into ourselves.
I have seen how movement can soften the weight we carry, open space for joy, and give us the courage to be fully alive. Whether you come with a heavy heart or a playful spirit, the dance floor welcomes it all. Together, we create a space where celebration and vulnerability can move side by side. My wish as a teacher is to guide you into your own dance, where you can feel connected, present, and free.
Whether you are new or experienced, you are warmly welcome to step into the dance and explore.
Doors open at 18:15 – feel free to arrive a little early so we can begin together.

* 5-class pass: 1000 NOK (200 per class)
