The 5Rhythms Heartbeat map comes to Frankston this April!!In Waves classes, we dance the 5Rhythms time and time again, so that we deepen our capacity to be fluid and grounded with everything that life reveals to us. Sometimes we find ourselves on the dance floor in a puddle of tears or experiencing moments of rage or even despair. This is a natural and normal experience. We can spiral into resistance, shame and apathy or we can use movement to access our true power.
This Heartbeat Introduction will provide you with the embodiment tools to respect and transform these emotional moments. Fear to courage, Anger to Clarity, Sadness to Respectful Release, so that Joy and Compassion come naturally.
Heartbeat® work enables us to claim the vital energy of old unacknowledged feelings and be surprised and refreshed by new ones. We learn to “lean in” and not resist or indulge our emotional world.
Introductory Dance Friday 10 April: 6.30 - 9pm
Full day Workshop Saturday 11 April: 10am - 6pm

Note: This workshop is open to experienced dancers and beginners, however some experience of dancing the 5Rhythms with an accredited 5R teacher, or an equivalent practice is required for the full day - please enquire if you are not sure.
