The dance is the ceremony.
The movement is the meditation.
The community is our blessing.
The body is our connection to it all.

5Rhythms® is a simple movement practice
designed to release the dancer that lives in all of us, regardless of shape, size, age, or experience. All bodies are welcome. No experience needed.
We dance in the Parish Room. $20 suggested donation. No one turned away for lack of funds.

There is ample metered parking available on the street OR arrive early to the registration table to pick-up a printed placard for free street parking on the blocks around the church.
