This is a movement practice without form, no steps to follow, no choreography... only your intuition, your creativity, and your own story moving through you as you are.
Each class offers insights into the maps of the 5Rhythms as an embodied philosophy. Guidance and exercises are mindfully woven into each class, with plenty of spaciousness for self-guided exploration.
5Rhythms® offers a space to feel, listen, expand, express, release, re-arrange, re-define, transform, and allow the dance to open ourselves to the infinite capacity of Love. It’s a time to connect to yourself, over and over again, gathered in Tribe, moving together.

All are welcome. No matter what race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, abilities and disabilities, shape and size, cultural background, and language. Age: 12+
No experience is needed.

Created by Gabrielle Roth and practiced by tens of thousands worldwide, 5Rhythms® is a philosophy, perspective, performance art and a dynamic movement practice rooted in the principle that if you put the psyche in motion it will heal itself. Movement is both the medicine and the metaphor, reaching across all languages, cultures and age groups to transform suffering into art, art into awareness, and awareness into action.
Wherever the 5Rhythms are practiced, a community is born to dance, to sweat, to change, to support, and to provide a safe space for each of us to shatter the ego’s hold and awaken the juicy, unpredictable, fascinating, edge-walking, rock star part of ourselves that yearns to be free. Creativity. Connection. Community.

• Bring your water bottle and hydrate often
• Wear movement-friendly clothing, layers work the best
• The space is drug-free, substance-free, scent-free, and judgment-free
• Please share the space respectfully
• The dance floor is a non-verbal space
• Phones on silent and not allowed on the dance floor.
• Please do not attend if you feel unwell
• Barefoot or indoor shoes only

"As long as I can remember, I have been dancing; but It wasn’t until I found 5Rhythms, that I truly understood why I needed to dance. After dancing my first wave in 2013, I embarked on the most profound, expansive, and transformative journey through the many layers that this practice offers. Dance has become a vehicle for healing, freedom, liberation, and ecstasy.
My 5Rhythms practice has opened my body, mind, spirit, and awareness into the manifestation of Mandalic Visionary Art, and the creation of a Retreat Center in the heart of the jungle of Belize, where I host regular Immersions and Retreats. As a teacher, I offer a Sanctuary for Body and Spirit to merge. Through Breath, Presence, Ritual, and Rhythms, my invitation is allow the dance to open ourselves to the infinite capacity of Love."
