About this Event
All of the owners here at ENDVR Active Community have been active runners our whole lives. We understand what it's like to train for a race. We understand the aches and pains you are feeling and may feel during your training. We've been there not only for the training but for the mental aspect of taking on new challenges. Whether you are a complete beginner or seasoned runner, it can be a tough road. Running isn't easy on the body. If you aren't careful and follow a program that's built specifically around your individual needs and goals you may not hit the times you are aiming for or, even worse, get injured and miss your race.
Beginners: We'll help you asses where your body is at from a strength, condtioning and biomechanical standpoint. We'll help you identify imbalances, assymetries, restrictions in your body and movement patterns. We'll teach you correct running form and ways to become more efficient and reduce your risk of injury. We'll help you find the right gear to use for training and race day. From there, we will design a fully customized, realistic program for you to follow to make sure you a comfortable and ready to run come race day.
Seasoned: Let's get you more efficient and effective. We'll take a close look at any pain, injuries or issues you are having. We'll help you find the source of those issues and develop a plan to get you past them. We'll work with you to get stronger through your ground contact and build your endurance to power you through your race. We'll clean up your running form and cadence. You'll learn how to help your body recover faster in between runs. You'll recieve a fully customized running program based on your goals. And much, much more.
Still not convinced? We're inviting you to a FREE workout and orientation session. We hold these sessions every Sunday at 10:00 am. Pick a Sunday that works for you and come meet us, tell us your goals and running history and we'll show you how we can help you conquer your goals.
The program is broken into 4 week modules. You can continue as many 4 week modules as you need to get to the point you want to be.
Each 4 week period you will receive:
- 2 Small Group Personal Training Sessions per week custom tailored to your goals ($640 value)
- Access to our regular programming each week consisting of over 40 Guided Group Workouts options per week to choose, including Recovery Classes ($115 value)
- Nutritional guidance ($200 value)
- Functional Movement Screening. We will see how your body moves and identify your imbalances and restrictions so we can put the focus on getting your body moving the way it should. ($150 value)
- Customized Running Plan ($250 value)
- Monthly Body Composition Analysis. We will monitor your progress using our SECA bio-impedance device to show you quantifiable numbers to track your progress. ($50 value)
- Weekly running and cycling groups. You don't have to run alone or stick to just running the whole program. Give your body a break and cross train
- 6-8 Social Events. Everything from hikes, excursion workouts to Galveston, bike tours, concerts, comedy shows, movie nights, happy hours and much more. If you are going to be successful, you need to surround yourself with like minded people. These events are designed to introduce you to tons of people who share your goals.
- 1 Sauna and Ice Bath Therapy session per week. Your body needs to recover. Sauna and Ice Bath Therapy has numerous health benefits including: reducing inflammation, increasing metabolism, improving sleep, improving mental health, speeding up recovery and more. ($100 value)
- Most importantly: An amazing environment!! We have the best members on the planet! You'll always feel welcome and at home here. Everybody supports, motivates and holds each other accountable here.
You will get all of this for ONLY $290 for every 4 week period. You also have the option break it into 2 payment a month or get a discount and pay for all twelve weeks up front.
Best of all, train with us for at least 12 weeks and we guarantee you will be happy with your results. If you aren't, we will give you an additional 4 weeks for Free!
