Tahlequah's KAIZEN RUNNING CLUB is hosting a FREE 5k run or walk! Oops, did we say free? The entry fee is a non perishable/shelf stable food item! This event is a food drive for the community of Tahlequah! Let's be active while helping others who might be in need of some kindness this holiday season.

ARRIVAL TIME: 9:30AM
RACE TIME: 10AM
LOCATION: NSU FITNESS CENTER FRONT LAWN
We will provide snacks and hydration for all runners! All fitness levels are welcome! You got family in town for Thanksgiving? Bring em! You may run or walk the entire time. This 5k course consists of three 1.1 mile loops. Meaning you could adjust your distance and simply do 1 loop or 2. The full race will be three loops!
Food donations may be dropped off at the NSU Fitness Center ANY DAY between now or day of the race itself. Please RSVP to this event page to let us know you're coming.
