About this Event

Hello girls! 🌸

Sister Stride isn’t just a run club - we’re a beginner-friendly fitness community in Kingston/Surbiton, bringing women together through all kinds of movement, from running to reformer pilates and more.

This special event is designed to help you beat the Sunday Scaries. We’ll be up bright and early to move, stretch, and journal - all before 9am. It’s the perfect reset to start your Sunday feeling refreshed, productive, and ready for the week ahead.

✨ Event Plan ✨

7:00am – Meet outside PEXY Studios: drop bags, chat, stretch & get ready
7:10am – Guided 5k run along the beautiful River Thames
7:45am – Return to Rexy Studio
7:50am – 30-min reformer pilates session (stretch & mobility focused)
8:20am – Guided affirmations & gratitude journaling session (materials provided)
8:50am – Protein smoothie, ready to take on Sunday before 9am!

🎟️ Ticket Options

£5 – Run only (guided 5k along the Thames)
£25 – Full package: 5k run, reformer pilates, affirmations & gratitude journaling + protein smoothie!!! - Please let me knoe of any allegies.

This is the ultimate Sunday reset: movement, mindfulness, and community—all before most people are even out of bed. 💕
