Lace up your sneakers and kick off summer with us at the 3rd Annual Tides of Grace 5K. This community favorite is back and better than ever, bringing together runners, walkers, families, and supporters for a morning full of energy, connection, and purpose.
Whether you’re a seasoned runner chasing a personal best, someone who enjoys a casual walk for a cause, or cheering from afar as a virtual runner, everyone is welcome to take part.

Starting from the parking lot and looping along the Cross Island Trail past Kent Island Elementary, through Castle Marina Road, and back
• Registration Opens: 7:30 AM
• Race Begins: 9:00 AM
Run Into Summer Theme
This year’s theme is Run Into Summer, making it a fun and family friendly event for all ages. Kids can enjoy activities and fun stations along the trail, making it a great opportunity for families to participate together.
