5K Foam Fest 🫧🏃♀️We’re going to the 5K Foam Fest in Vernon! It’s a super fun 5K with 25+ obstacles, mud, and a TON of foam. There are big slides, mud pits, and foam zones—so expect to get soaked and messy 😭
You can run or walk—it’s not a serious race at all, just for fun. All the obstacles are optional, so you can skip anything you don’t want to do.
There’s also music, food, and a festival area after, so it’s basically a whole fun day out.
Early bird pricing ends March 31st — tickets are $80+ right now and go up to $150+ after.
We’ll leave Kelowna around 9:00 AM to give us lots of time. Return time is TBD—we’ll likely stay after for the food and entertainment.
