Bring the kiddos and come hike in the spooky redwoods with us! 510 Hikers’ annual Kids Hike returns to Joaquin Miller Park on Saturday, November 1st a fun, beginner-friendly adventure for little explorers (and their grownups). We’ll follow mellow trails, spot towering trees and tiny critters, take snack and candy breaks and celebrate curiosity and community the 510 way. Costumes from Halloween are welcome if your child wants to keep the magic from the night before going!! So don’t forget comfy shoes, a water bottle, and layers. All ages are invited, but tiny legs set the pace so bring the kids and let’s make memories among the forest! Perfect excuse to kids the kids in early the night before (let them know there is even MORE candy the next morning at the hike).
We meet in the bigger parking lot, left hand side past the bathrooms.
Costumes are not required. But, we WILL have a prize for the best costume!! And, treats for all the kids.
Come a lil early if you want to get a lil free face painting done!! Last time was soooo much fun but families, yall came too late. We shutting down ON TIME so, please come early ONLY!!
The hike and event is free but we never hold back anyone’s heartfelt desire to bless us back.
