John Carr is a market oriented advocate for best practice in public transport and increasing public transport use within integrated mobility policies with 50 years’ experience in transport planning, co-ordination, management and education. He is a former member of the CILT Board, and its Public Policies Committee, currently active in the

CILT BusMark Benchmarking Group and the Bus & Coach Forum.
