Over the past two years, Keisha Thompson and Contact have developed a robust anti-racism training offer. It aims to unpick the structural complexities of prejudice and discrimination, and provide a space for reflection, challenge and ultimately change-making. In this shorter introductory session, you will develop a heightened awareness of societal racism and personal agency, before focusing on the development of an actionable plan for positive change.
