This module, titled “Deepen Your CONNECTion,” is designed for those who have completed a Yoga Alliance Registered 200 Hour YTT and are ready to enhance their skills and understanding of yoga on a deeper level.Module Overview
In “Deepen Your CONNECTion,” students will embark on a journey to explore the more subtle aspects of yoga that transform a good practice into a profound experience. This module is crafted to enrich your teaching capabilities by integrating deeper energetic connections and intuitive practices based in anatomy.
Key Focus Areas
Subtle Energetics of Yoga: Learn to harness and apply the nuanced energies within yoga practice to enhance your teaching approach. This component will guide you in understanding how energy flow can transform both your personal practice and teaching.
Exploring Fascia and the Art of Touch: Dive into the anatomy of fascia and discover the significance of touch in yoga. Through hands-on assists, you will develop skills to offer supportive and safe adjustments that respect individual boundaries.
Intuitive Teaching: Engage in discussions and practice sessions that cultivate your intuitive teaching abilities. Learn to trust your instincts and adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of your students in a dynamic and responsive way.
This module can be taken as part of your 300 Hour Certification or as Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for those seeking to expand their qualifications and expertise.
