- INTRO -
A pregnancy is one of the most special and intimate times in a woman's life. It can demand a lot from you and your body both physically, mentally, and emotionally. Therefore, relaxation and connecting with your body and the growing baby in your belly need special attention. In this, the transition to motherhood should be seen and heard. This 5-week prenatal course will help you preparing to give birth.
- CONTENT OF THE COURSE -
During the program, which is taught weekly, the main focus is on opening and softening the pelvic area, which allows you to relax more deeply and tuning into your pregnancy. In addition, you will be given a few breathing exercises for during childbirth. You will also learn more about the functioning of your pelvic floor and birth positions. At the end of the course, you will feel prepared for your delivery.
- FOR WHOM IS THIS COURSE? -
This course is for all women who are with child in their second and third trimester.
We recommend taking as much rest as possible during your first trimester, as this is the period where morning sickness and other complaints are usual to occur. The transformation that is happening in your body demands a lot of energy. Growing into the second trimester, it is a perfect moment to start this prenatal course.
Important: Every group has its own needs and goes through the topics in its own tempo. Therefore, it is not possible to switch to another group or catching up a missed session. We kindly ask to commit yourself to this course and reserve time in your schedule for 5 weeks.
- WHAT YOU WILL LEARN -
o Gentle asanas (body postures) for your pregnancy and a custom Sun Salutation adjusted to pregnant woman bodies;
o Relieving and relaxing the pelvic area;
o Breathing exercises for during childbirth;
o Delivery positions;
o Meditations and visualisations for deep relaxation and confidence.

Tuning into your pregnancy with useful yoga and delivery postures, breathing techniques and increased pelvic floor awareness.
- ABOUT THE TEACHER -
Krish Hassomal is a very experienced prenatal teacher, she will guide you with knowledge and compassion through the course. You will come out feeling prepared and supported.
