Join us for a nurturing 5-week Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga Series designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy with movement, breath, mindfulness, and community. This gentle, all-levels class is thoughtfully created to help expecting mothers feel more connected, confident, and supported throughout their journey into motherhood.
Each 60-minute session blends mindful prenatal movement, breathwork, relaxation techniques, and doula-informed education to help prepare both body and mind for labor, birth, and postpartum. Classes are beginner-friendly while still offering meaningful practice for experienced yogis.
This series may help you:
• Build strength and stability for pregnancy, labor, and delivery
• Ease common discomforts such as back pain, tension, and swelling
• Improve breath awareness and relaxation
• Foster a deeper connection with your baby
• Connect with a supportive community of other moms-to-be

We recommend reserving your space early.
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and any additional props you enjoy using for comfort (pillows, blankets, bolsters, etc.).
Questions are always welcome, and modifications will be offered throughout class to support all bodies and all stages of pregnancy & postpartum 💛
