Come play with clay.
This five-week pottery course is a hands-on, no-pressure introduction to hand-built ceramics—no wheel, no egos, no art-speak required. Just clay, creativity, and a little glorious mess. March 3,10,17,24,31 April 7 is a makeup day
You’ll learn the fundamentals of handbuilding while making pieces that are functional, whimsical, or wonderfully weird (all are encouraged).
What you’ll get into:
- Pinch, coil, and slab techniques (aka the good stuff)
- Form, texture, and adding personality to your work
- Carving, decorating, and glazing without the stress
- Guidance, encouragement, and permission to experiment
What’s included:
- All materials, tools, glazes, and firings
- Small class sizes limited to four students so you actually get help
- A cozy, welcoming studio where perfection is not invited
No experience needed. Seriously. If you can roll clay and show up, you’re qualified. Expect laughs, muddy hands, and pieces that feel very you.
There may be drinks and snacks but I'm not telling...
✨ Therapy is expensive. Clay is cheaper. And you get to keep the mug.
