Background:
Lynn is certified through Fletcher Pilate in matwork, hard foam roller and Fletcher towel. She is Stott Pilate trained for reformer work. She has a M.Ed and graduated from the Professional School of the Toronto Dance Theatre and Ryerson’s Polytechnical dance program.

What is Pilate Matwork?
Matwork is a series of low-impact, controlled exercises performed on a mat, focusing on core strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness. Developed by Joseph Pilates, it emphasizes precise movements, breath control, and alignment to build balanced muscle strength and improve overall body function—without the use of machines.
