About Eliana
Eliana built a successful dental practice in Brazil for a decade before a traumatic event changed her life. This led her on a healing journey through deep depression, anxiety, and PTSD, during which she engaged in extensive Jungian therapy and mentorship, explored various spiritual and natural healing traditions including cognitive neuroscience and EFT.
After working with renowned coaches and discovering her calling as a “wounded healer”, Eliana decided to dedicate her life to helping others navigate their own struggles.
Through coaching, speaking, and writing, she teaches tools for finding inner peace and resilience amid chaos, empowering people to reclaim control of their hearts and minds to heal and thrive.
