About this Event

Join Us for the 5 Pillars of Health Event!

Many people struggle with fatigue, stress, poor sleep, weight gain, or ongoing health issues. Yet very few of us have ever been taught the foundations of health and wellbeing.

The 5 Pillars of Health workshop is a friendly and practical community session designed to explore simple everyday habits that can improve how we feel, think, and live.

This is not a lecture or medical consultation.
It is an open conversation about the lifestyle factors that influence long-term health and how small changes can create meaningful improvements in daily life.

What We Will Explore

During this interactive session, we will look at the five key pillars that support long-term wellbeing:

Nutrition – how everyday food choices influence energy, mood, and long-term health
Movement – simple ways to stay active and support physical resilience
Sleep – understanding sleep hygiene and its impact on recovery and mental wellbeing
Mental Wellbeing – practical strategies for stress management and emotional balance
Social Connection – the powerful role community and relationships play in health

These pillars form the foundation for prevention, health literacy and self-care.

What You Will Gain

Participants will leave with:

• a clearer understanding of the key drivers of health and wellbeing
• practical lifestyle ideas that can improve energy, sleep and resilience
• simple strategies that support both physical and mental wellbeing
• an opportunity to ask questions and share experiences in a supportive environment
