This is the sacred journey through the small self to the Self, through detachment, releasing contractions and un-conditioning, leading to inner peace, stability and liberation from everything you are not.
We invite you to receive the directions and guidance for this journey during a 5-day Shaktipāt and Meditation retreat with teacher Lina Leimonte, in the serene, soothing and healing embrace of a Lithuanian pine forest, a gushing little stream and the welcoming Villa Rata in Druskininkai, Lithuania.
During the event, we will bring our awareness back home, not only inside, into our Spiritual heart and our Self, but also into the consciousness of our body.
Our inimitable Sama Yoga teacher Ulrika Sandström (https://www.facebook.com/yogavandring) will guide us into the body-consciousness level, helping us to integrate the Shakti energy and as well as experiences and processes from life and the retreat.
It is a soft, easy, loving and deeply relaxing form of yoga which you can do without having tried yoga before.
🦚WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE RETREAT?🦚
- Daily meditations, Questions & Answers sessions, and Shaktipat transmission.
- Meals: Prepared by our wonderful chef Indrė, who will serve healthy vegetarian meals three times a day.
- Accommodation: Cozy and beautifully designed rooms. Most are triple rooms with a few double rooms available. Each room has a private shower and toilet.
- Surroundings: The villa is located in a stunning area – enjoy walks in nature during your free time.
- Daily schedule: Short breaks between meditation sessions and a longer lunch break.
