Registration for one week of unlimited yoga gives you access to unlimited live Zoom classes for the week. This option also includes one week of access to a pre-selected set of previously recorded classes.

Wednesday 10:30 – 11:30 am Gentle/Beginners

Wednesday 5:30 - 6:45 pm Intermediate/All Levels, Yoga Experience Required

Thursday 12 – 1 pm All Levels

Saturday, 10 :30– 11:30 am Gentle/Beginners

Sunday, 12:30 - 1:30 pm All Levels
