A journalist, Larocca experiences a variety of wellness trends and explores what has created and sustains our cultural obsession with being "well."Our book club is a free community event and always welcomes new members. We are happy to see folks whether they practice yoga with us or not. If you have an interest in the topic, grab the book, read as much as you want, and come for our chat.
