The 4th Annual Taste of Kansas City is officially on the way, and 2026 will be our biggest and most prepared year yet.
After three successful years of growth, community support, and lessons learned, we are intentionally elevating the entire experience for vendors, sponsors, performers, and guests. This year is about quality, unity, organization, and impact.
🚀 What’s New for Year Four:
We’ve listened. We’ve learned. And we’ve planned.
✔ More Bathrooms – Increased restroom access to reduce wait times and improve guest comfort
✔ Improved Organization & Communication – Stronger vendor coordination, clearer timelines, and on-site support teams
✔ Fewer Vendors, More Visibility – A more curated vendor lineup to ensure better exposure and sales opportunities
✔ More Entertainment – Expanded live performances, cultural showcases, and interactive experiences
✔ Upgraded Sound System & Stage – Professional audio and staging for performances, announcements, and programming
✔ Better Parking & Traffic Control – Improved traffic flow, signage, and parking coordination
✔ Full Weather Contingency Plan – A professional rain and emergency plan to protect vendors, guests, and equipment
👥 Attendance & Growth:
With increased preparation and expanded marketing, we are projecting an expected attendance of up to 20,000 guests, making this our largest Taste of Kansas City to date.
