About this Event
Safeguarding education in the digital age, SecurEd is a no-cost, two-and-a-half-day cybersecurity intensive created for K–12 technology teams and County Offices of Education (COEs) who are on the front lines of protecting school systems. Built around the challenges schools face today, this program focuses on practical defense strategies—not just theory.
Throughout the bootcamp, you’ll engage in interactive exercises and guided simulations that mirror real cyber incidents. You’ll break down how attacks happen, identify vulnerabilities, and learn actionable ways to harden your systems—from infrastructure and endpoints to critical data.
No matter your role—CTO, network engineer, server admin, or IT technician—SecurEd delivers hands-on experience and real-world insight to help you better defend and support your school community.
