The North Texas Hot Sauce Festival is back for year four — bigger, hotter, weirder, and still built around one very simple rule:
ONLY HOT SAUCE. ONLY FROM TEXAS.
No salsa pretending to be hot sauce.
No BBQ sauce in a spicy little hat.
No giant corporate condiment circus.
Just the best small-batch hot sauce makers in Texas posted up for one full day of samples, bottles, beer, food, music, and mild-to-questionable life choices.
Come taste your way through sauces from some of the most creative makers in the state, meet the maniacs behind the bottles, stock up on the good stuff, and hang out with the Texas hot sauce community that somehow keeps getting bigger every year.

This festival was built to give Texas craft hot sauce makers the spotlight without getting buried under national brands, pay-to-play nonsense, or random “spicy food” filler. It’s for the people making the bottles, buying the bottles, collecting the bottles, and absolutely ruining a breakfast taco in the best possible way.
Whether you’re a full-blown chile goblin, a casual “jalapeños are plenty” person, or just trying to drink beer and eat your way through a Saturday, you’re in the right place.
