Join us for the 4th Annual Mount Airy Moonshine & Racer's Renuion! Stock Car races took place at Mount Airy Speedway/White Dirt Race Track in Mount Airy, now Race Track Road, in the 1940s. On Saturday, September 9th Downtown Mount Airy will be filled with vintage dirt track race cars and moonshine cars. There will be an autograph session with legendary drivers & NASCAR Hall of Famers, moonshine stills & demonstrations, special guests, silent auction, food and more! Those with race cars will have the option to take their cars out to the old dirt race track site on Race Track Road to see the site of the track! Come back downtown after visiting the track site for more shopping and dining with our Downtown merchants!This event is FREE and open to the public!
