About this Event
This year, we're thrilled to be partnering with Groundwork, another locally owned boutique fitness studio. Together we’re bringing you an unforgettable mixed-modality class followed by an after party aimed at bringing the commUNITY together.
This event is all about empowerment, self-care, and unity within our LGBTQIA community. Proceeds will benefit GLSEN Arizona Rainbow Library, a local LGBTQIA organization. Come dressed in your most vibrant and colorful pride attire and join us for a morning of movement, connection, and celebration!
ABOUT CLASS…
Get ready to ignite your fire with a dynamic HIIT-style workout led by Groundwork. This energetic session combines bodyweight and band exercises, focusing on building strength and boosting your heart rate for an exhilarating experience. Then, unwind and find your center in a refreshing yoga class led by Elevate Yoga, ending with a soothing sound healing session to nourish your mind, body, and soul.

REGISTRATION DETAILS…
Every $25 registration secures a spot in class and a pride friendship bracelet. Students will have the ability to contribute additional donations day of by participating in the silent auction. All proceeds will be directed to the GLSEN Arizona Rainbow Library.
AFTER PARTY…
After our invigorating session of movement and meditation, we'll transform the studio into a vibrant Pride celebration for our after party. Explore interactive activities, participate in our silent auction, and savor music, refreshments, and commUNITY connections!
