One of the most successful outdoor cycling races, Closer To Free has been helping to earn funds for cancer research with Smilow of New Haven, Connecticut since September 10, 2011! Andrew Bottinick participant and cancer survivor partnered with CRCSTUDIO in August of 2023 to launch the first Dance-A-Thon to assist in raising the money. Core instructors: Carolyn and Allan Collazo, Sujeily Rosa, Jeremia Seymour, and Naida Rodriguez Rosario from Fitness Fury Experience LLC helped launched year one and have been supporters of this project ever since. Please join us for year FOUR at our new location the Naugatuck Park and Recreation building near the High School. This year the event will be DJ’d by Pete and Chris Amusements, close friends of the Collazo’s, and well known entertainers in the state of CT. Wedding DJ’s, magicians, as well as comedians! Come check them out as they spin the beats for 15 instructors assisting in the continuation of this cause! We hope you will join us to break a new record after last year’s success of assisting with over $3K to Andy! Bring people! Sponsor people! No donation is too small!
