Join us as we gather on Saturday May 18th & Sunday May 19th, and we are excited to come together for our fourth annual camping weekend at the La Foret Yurt Village that’s sure to be full of family, connection and unity. This year, we are focusing and building on communal connections as we did last year, and we are blessed to have presentations including past life regression, homeopathy, sound baths, ecstatic dance, Kundalini breath work and yoga, water and fire ceremonies, community drum circles, and of course, our communal bonfire Saturday evening!
2024 ticket prices are $55 for a day pass or $88 for camping in the yurts, $144 for couples or a family of 3. Car and van camping is not permitted there, but we have 72 beds available for campers between the 6 yurts. This year for simplicity sake, we will continue the potluck meals for dinners in the evenings, and all other food, water and drink are up to each individual, this location is within 15 minutes of town.
The intention of this year‘s fundraiser is not only to fund the space for this year, but to put down the deposit for next year at the yurt village and to begin to coordinate outreach community events throughout town, expanding to facilitate these at the the place, springs rescue mission, for hospice centers and assisted-living facilities. Guided meditations, sound baths, and drumming events presented to serve some of our most vulnerable populations in town, and collaborative gatherings as we feel called at the wellness center now that it is established downtown.
