We are getting bigger and better every year and we don't want you to miss it! 🎉Be Well is a one-day power-packed workshop for Women of Color to fellowship and learn how to BE well. Wellness for some is an abstract concept. We want it but we don't know how to obtain it nor maintain it. Whether physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, we owe it to ourselves to do the work for sustainable wellness. We aim to gather some of the top licensed doctors, therapists, financial advisors, life coaches and more to help you develop your actionable self-care plan. Commit to YOU and living well.
