Last year, we honored 50 years of Hmong and Southeast Asian refugees in America—remembering the courage, sacrifice, and brilliance that carried us here. This year, we move with intention. Momentum reminds us that the work of our mothers, aunties, sisters, and queer-fem leaders was never still. It was always in motion—organizing, nurturing, protecting, dreaming, and building what did not yet exist.
Community power is built when women choose one another. When we show up. When we refuse to let each other stand alone.
In this season, we gather not just to celebrate—but to activate. To strengthen our networks. To amplify our voices. To invest in one another’s leadership. To create spaces where women, girls, and queer-fem leaders are resourced, affirmed, and unstoppable.
Momentum means we are not starting from scratch. We are continuing a legacy. We are pushing it forward.
Together, we listen. We love. We dance. We organize.
And together, we build the power our communities deserve.
