The 49th Annual Samuel L. Clemens Arts & Crafts & More Festival happening during the National Tom Sawyer Days in Hannibal Missouri July 3-5! Come Celebrate America's 250th Birthday in America's Hometown during the 4th of July! Located at Central Park at 4th & Broadway.

The Kiwanis Club of Hannibal began sponsoring the Samuel L. Clemens Arts & Crafts Festival in 1977. It is an outdoor show, held in a block-square park in downtown Hannibal near all of the other activities in downtown Hannibal!
We currently have over 54 craft and merchandise vendor booths along with food trucks, drinks, & goodies to munch on!
Live music & entertainment from various groups all 3 days on the newly remodeled stage! New additions include corn hole games for the kids plus one or more Local Mascots greeting the kids throughout the days.
