Our goal is simple yet profound – to guide you in building a meditation practice from 5 minutes a day to 30 minutes by the end of the challenge. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to rejuvenate your existing practice, this challenge is for you.

Weekly Meetings Every Monday in July

During these sessions, led by experienced meditation instructor Alex Castro, you'll not only practice meditation together but also engage in enlightening discussions on the most common challenges encountered during meditation and effective strategies to overcome them.

Accountability & Community Support Stay motivated and connected through our dedicated WhatsApp group, where you can share your progress, challenges, and inspire one another to keep meditating daily.

Special Group Meditations Participants will receive exclusive invitations to join group meditation sessions at the center where Alex Castro practices, offering a unique opportunity to deepen your practice in a supportive community setting.

Celebratory Meet-Up Celebrate your accomplishment of integrating meditation into your life with a special in-person meetup at the conclusion of the course. This will be a chance to reflect, share experiences, and discuss the way forward with fellow participants and Alex.
