This is a small and intimate space (max 4 people).

What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is a meditative practice that involves the use of resonant music. This creates an immersive sound that fills the room and the body, aiming to help you to relax and let go of any stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns. Participants will be lying down, in comfortable clothing, on their yoga mat, head rested on a pillow and covered with a blanket.
What is 432HZ Music?
This is the first ever live Sound Bath in Nottingham that uses 432Hz music which is proven to heal our physical anatomy and energetic space. The handpan and native flute used are both tuned to the Earth frequency 432Hz. Studies have shown that listening to 432Hz music can help to stimulate the brain's alpha waves, which are associated with a state of wakeful relaxation. This can lead to increased mental clarity and focus, making it easier to stay on task and be productive throughout the day. Call it cosmic healing!
Herbal Tea will be served after the session.
No prior meditation experience is necessary. Simply bring your open mind and willingness to relax and let go. This session is perfect for anyone seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
