A peaceful gathering to fight for further cannabis legislation change. 420 is our global day of celebration for the live-saving plant we know as cannabis. Our protest is both a call to state and federal government entities that enough is enough when it comes to prohibition of cannabis.“Cannabis is a miracle plant, providing medicinal, relaxation, industrial and sustainable benefits in a range of disciplines, it’s time for the rest of Australia to create a medicinal cannabis driving defence similar to Tasmania and grow your own pathways similar to our capital territory”
We will be holding speeches from prominent members of the cannabis community, Aboriginal Elders and MPs.
This event will also feature different information stalls for organisations and groups, as well as retail stalls for small businesses.
Food and drink will be available for purchase through food trucks and licensed vendors.
