Mark your calendars! The YES Group returns to Eurosonic/Noorderslag with two days packed with insights, reflection, and collaboration on the key challenges of festival safety and resilience.
From lessons learned in the 2025 season to the presentation of the nominees of the "Event Safety Award", from cross-role exchanges to interactive working groups; the seminar will dive into a lot of interesting topics in regard to event safety. Highlights include sessions on the brand-new 3F Weather Toolbox, Front-of-Stage Barrier Design, and Coordinating Decision-Making in a Showstop - plus a special celebration of the YES Group’s 40th seminar.
Join leading experts, festival professionals, and peers from across Europe to share ideas, test new tools, and strengthen the network that makes our events safer, smarter, and more resilient.
Participation in the YES Group seminar qualifies up to two representatives per YOUROPE member for free ESNS registration. Attendance at the seminar is mandatory, otherwise the full conference fee will be charged.
